Inspiration from Real-Life Projects

Sometimes, the best inspiration comes from seeing what others have achieved. The show will feature case studies of successful renovation projects from around Essex.  Check out the ‘before and afters’ so you can see for yourself the pride in which local businesses take in their work, ‘seeing is believing’ as they say and they will be more than happy to share their work with you.  These real-life examples will give you a clear idea of what’s possible and provide valuable insights into the renovation process from start to finish.

Networking Opportunities

The Essex Property Show isn’t just about ideas—it’s also about building connections. We are pleased to be collaborating with BNI this year who will be running a networking session that will be taking place on the Friday 5th July between 10:00am – 11:00am.

Here you will have the unique opportunity to network with local professionals, from architects to landscapers, interior designers to financial planners. This is the perfect place for you to find the perfect team to help you with your renovation project. Building these relationships, face to face, will help ideas to flow and make the renovation process smoother and more enjoyable for all involved.

Tips for Making the Most of the Essex Property Show

To ensure you get the most out of your visit to the Essex Property Show, here are a few tips:

  1. Come Prepared: Bring photos and measurements of the areas you want to renovate. Pinterest is a great place to store ideas and gain inspiration of projects you like, come with a variety of ideas so that you can discuss them with an expert on the day. Take advantage of receiving tailored advice of what may/may not work for you.
  2. Take Notes: With so much information available, it’s easy to get overwhelmed. Keep a notebook handy to jot down ideas and contact details so that you can follow up after the show.
  3. Ask Questions: Don’t be afraid to engage with exhibitors and speakers. They are there to be of service to you. The more questions you ask, the more you’ll learn and take away from the show.
  4. Plan Your Day: Check the schedule in advance (available on the website) make a note of the speakers you want to listen to and make sure to grab a seat at the Sports Hall for when they are speaking. For those who are super organised, why not go a step further and  pre-book a one-to-one session with an expert in the ‘speak to the experts’.  Email: lydia@essexproeprtyshow.co.uk for further info.

Be Warned – There are only a handful of these sessions per exhibitor available, so get in there first!
